IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Yearbook Pictures – We need pictures uploaded by this WEDNESDAY! Please help us fill the yearbook with pictures of your child. If you have pictures from the 1st day of school, Fieldtrips, Christmas Program, Saints Projects, Trunk or Treat, Fish Fry, playdates with friends, Field Day, Talent Show, Graduation, anything related to our school year, PLEASE submit them via the link below.
    • Dear Parents, Guardians, Grandparents, and Friends,
      Get your pictures in the yearbook! The Yearbook Staff invites everyone to submit photos for the yearbook. If you’ve got great photos of school and community events or you and your friends just having fun, we’d like to see them. Our photographers can’t be everywhere. Help us get as many photos as possible to create a terrific book everyone will want to have.
      Here is how you can submit photos online:
      • Go to: https://images.memoryebooks.com/408633596
      • If it does not automatically log you into the site, enter username: 408633596
      • Browse to select the photo(s) you wish to upload.
      • Enter information about the photo and provide contact information in case the staff needs additional information.
      • Click “Save Details”.
      It’s that easy! Submit your photos today! The last day to submit photos is 06/10/2017. Our book has to be submitted by June 15, so time is of the essence.

  •  Positions Open – 1) We have multiple positions open on our EPIC (Engaging Parents in our Community) team. If you would like to become more involved at St. Mark School, this is the position for you. Please contact the school office for more information. 2) There are two open positions on our St. Mark School Council. If you are a parent or guardian of a student who will be enrolled for the 2017-2018 school year, you are eligible to fill one of the positions. Our next meeting is this Wednesday, June 7, at 6:30pm. please join us if you are interested. You may also contact the school office for more information.
  •  Summer Camp – Our first camp began today, June 5 – Junior Baker. We currently have 25 students registered for this camp. IT IS FULL! Please click on the Summer Camp Flyer tab below in order to register for future camps.

Remind 101 – Please register for this if you wish to receive text reminders and updates. 1)
Go to your text messaging. 2) Where you would usually enter a phone number, type
in 81010. 3) Where you would usually type a message, put in @stmarkca. 4) Wait 1-2
minutes and you will receive a text that lets you know that you have been registered.

Inclement Weather:
If school needs to be cancelled due to snow or other reason, I will send out a text via
REMIND 101 as early as possible. I try to make a decision the evening before or by 5:30am
that morning so that families have some time to plan. After a text via REMIND 101, I will
then post on the 4 major news channels: WLEX, WKYT, WTVQ, and FOX. You must look for
ST. MARK CATHOLIC SCHOOL. We do NOT follow Madison County or Model Laboratory.
